When John was receiving care at The Countess of Brecknock Hospice, the team helped him continue a treasured anniversary tradition with his wife of 68 years. Unable to give her a bouquet of his home-grown sweet peas, the team created a card featuring a beautiful image of the flowers for him to give her when she visited.
